Not sure? Your Stripe receipt email names the exact product. Two $9.99 products exist, so check the name: "Tobin Science Hub" means the learning hubs; "The Den" means the classroom game.
Your hub account page shows the plan you're on, what it costs, and your next renewal date, then opens Stripe's billing page where you can cancel, switch plans, or update your card. Sign in with the teacher email and password you use in Educator Mode.
Open my hub account →Prefer to do it from inside a hub? Sign in on any subject or grade hub and tap Manage or cancel subscription at the top of Educator Mode. Canceling stops all future charges; your tools stay unlocked until the period you paid for ends, and your gradebook is never deleted.
The Den has no password. Your teacher dashboard link (from your welcome email) is your login, and billing lives right there.
